This is a three credits course in the level 4 of Bachelor of Science Degree Programme. The course work of this course will be carried out only during the 1st semester. You need to spend 150 hours for studying this course.

This course on Animal development will give an understanding of how a multicellular organism develops from a zygote, a single cell formed by the union of a sperm and an egg, through a process of progressive change. The morphological changes that occur in the developing embryo and the providing of necessary instructions stored in the eggs and sperms for the development of embryos are described.
