– Astronomy is a three credit course offered at Level 5 by the Department of
Physics. There are no any prerequisites for this course so that any
enthusiastic student can register for the course. Similar to other physics
courses in the B.Sc. Programme, evaluation of this course consists of two NBTs
and the final examination. The day schools of this course is done only in CRC
by Professor Chandana Jayarathne and lectures will be make available online in
other regional centers.
