Law of evidence is a 1st year, compulsory subject and credit weightage of this subject is 5. The course provides students with in-depth knowledge of the law of Evidence and applicability in criminal matters. It aims to compare the law of evidence in Sri Lanka with other jurisdictions and it will help students to develop research skills in the topics related to law of evidence. At the end of this course, students will be able to express their critical thoughts on the subject while displaying the in-depth knowledge of the application of law of evidence.
