AGI569 explore the principles of molecular biology and biotechnology including DNA Recombination, Genetic Engineering, Plant
tissue culture etc. This course has three units.
The first unit explains the principles and techniques of molecular biology. The second unit will explain the fundamentals of biotechnology including genetic engineering, recombination DNA technology and finally unit three will explain the principles behind the plant tissue culture and its applications in plant improvement.
