This is a two- credit course with 100 notional learning hours; including lessons, labs, independent learning specifically including 6 hrs for online learning and assessment. This course elaborates the importance of Food Safety and quality management in the food industry and its vital role to assure the acceptable quality and safety required by the consumers as well as the industrial bodies.
