This CYU5307-Chemical Aspects of Food Industry course is a 3-credit course offered in the second semester of the L5 courses in the B.Sc Degree programme. This course provides the students with a basic knowledge of food chemistry focusing on the food macro-nutrients and micro-nutrients.
