This is an optional course offers at Level 10. This course explores the key components and techniques of project management for managing modern organizations. It also discusses project quality objectives, appropriate controls to ensure quality outcomes, analyze a project life cycle, various aspects of project appraisal and manage budgets, quality and risk within projects.
