This course will have 2 credits (out of 30 credits) of academic value and will provide the principles in food science to assure quality of foods and understand different government regulations used in food industries from manufacturing process to selling of food products.

This course will have 5 credits (out of 30 credits) of academic value. Practical sessions are designed to give you a practical knowledge/ skill related to the course CYD3516 - Laboratory Sessions in Food.
